Why did Foodzie change?
Based on customer feedback, we recently made a change to offer a more curated, ever-changing mix of products on the site, along with offering a selection of Foodzie Tasting Boxes to choose from each month. The new Foodzie Boxes deliver a greater experience to everyone, as we are able to offer full size items instead of samples, have the ability to include products like pickles and chocolates which we were never able to include before, and still keep the shipping free on everything purchased through our website.

How do I select my monthly box?
Each month from the 1-5 we send an email to all subscribers with a link to choose their monthly tasting box. To access the link, you will need to be signed into your Foodzie account. If you don't have a Foodzie account then you will need to set one up. To set up a Foodzie account, select "Sign Up" at the top of this page, enter your name, the email address where you receive shipping notifications, and create a password. That’s it! Once logged in, you will be able to view the link and select your Tasting Box.

What if I do not want to select a box and instead keep receiving surprise boxes?
If you like receiving a surprise box every month, then you can sit back, relax, and wait for your box of goodies to be delivered to your door. By not selecting anything, you are confirming that you would like to receive the Signature Tasting Box.

What if I can’t decide on just one box and want to order more?
Prior to the 6th of the month, all of our boxes will be available exclusively to our subscribers and each subscription can select one box. On the 6th, all of our Tasting Boxes will be available for sale on the Foodzie website to everyone. As a subscriber, this would be your opportunity to purchase additional boxes.

How long do I have to select my new box?
You will be able to choose your Tasting Box from the 1st- 5th of each month. On the 6th, all subscribers who have not selected a box will be sent the Signature Tasting Box. If you would like to receive the Signature Tasting Box, you do not need to do anything.

Why do I have to be a member to access Foodzie now?
Foodzie is now offering limited time offers and Tasting Boxes. Since these items have limited quantities, we’re requiring member status to purchase with us.

Does Foodzie ship the orders or do your vendors?
Foodzie ships the Tasting Boxes that are featured each month. For daily offers and other marketplace items, our vendors ship the orders directly to you.

How many items can I expect to receive in my Tasting Box?
The number of items and box size will vary in each Tasting Experience based on product selection. We’ll always guarantee that each Tasting Experience will be at least $29.95 in product value + Free Ground Shipping.

Yep! And as a subscriber, you now receive Free Ground Shipping on everything on Foodzie!

What do I have to do to get the free shipping?
Sign in with your Foodzie account and we’ll recognize you as a subscriber. If you are a subscriber and didn't have an existing account, you'll need contact support@foodzie.com so they can mark your account as a subscriber. Your free Ground shipping will be applied at the very end of the checkout. You don’t have to enter any coupon codes.

What if I don't like the item I purchase on Foodzie, can I get a refund?
We want to make sure you are happy, so if you are unsatisfied with your order, make sure to call or email us within 15 days.

What is the difference between being a Foodzie subscriber and a member?
Foodzie subscribers are billed $29.95 on the 1st of each month. As a benefit, subscribers receive free ground shipping on all items in the marketplace. As a Foodzie member, you can gain access to all of our daily offers but will be required to pay shipping if you are not on the recurring subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your account. Contact us at support@foodzie.com and we can pause your account for up to 3 months.

How can I check the status of my orders?
All orders are located in your account under the 'Orders' tab. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification from us with your tracking info. If you have not received this, please email support@foodzie.com or call us at 888-223-4798.

I'd like to buy a Foodzie Tasting Box gift subscription. How does it work?
You can either purchase 2, 5 or 10 month subscriptions. The subscription will start automatically upon purchase. We’ll ship the first box within 5 business days of your order.

I need to redeem my Foodzie gift card. How do I do this?
If you were gifted a Foodzie Tasting Box Subscription or Gift Card before 11/21/11 you'll need to call us at 888-223-4798 and we'll help you get this redeemed.

Do I need to sign for the packages that I buy through Foodzie?
No, you will not be required to sign for your packages. We ship via FedEx and it is up to the driver's discretion whether or not to leave the package if you are not present when they deliver.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Foodzie ships our Tasting Boxes in shipments each week. For our daily offers, they will ship out within their posted lead-time. This info is listed on each offer that we feature on the site. All orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following week as FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturday.
